How to get started:

Before embarking on your implementation journey, we invite you to complete our BusinessIQ assessment and to complete your Strategic Action plan with us. This will provide a robust foundation for our collaboration.

We will then collaboratively work with you to design the scope of work and delivery expectations, allowing you to select an appropriate retainer package.

You can then expect to be invoiced monthly, in advance. Upon receipt of your first payment, we jump in, giving it everything we have to support you in achieving your strategic actions.
